We recognize the importance of our responsibility in protecting our members' nonpublic personal information. We will protect any personal and financial information that you entrust to us. We believe that all personal and financial information that you provide to us through any channel constitutes personal information. This includes: information you provide on an application to obtain membership; the fact that you are or have been one of our members; and any information collected through our website, email, or by telephone.

1. Collection of Personal Information
When you sign up for our mailing list or for membership in the Warhorse Challenge Association (WCA), we collect and retain personal information in order to contact you and process your application. We collect the information you provide on your application and other forms (such as name address, and horse information). We retain this information you provide for the purpose of simplifying your participation in WCA activities, such as facilitating registration for events. When you send us email, we will retain the content of the email, your email address, and our response in order to handle any follow up questions you may have.

2. Use and Sharing of Personal Information
We currently see no reason to share your personal information with anyone, except if required by law. We use personal information only for the purposes of WCA activities.

3. Sharing Information with Third Party Service Providers
We currently have no third party service providers. We do not sell or share any member information with nonaffiliated third party marketers offering their products and services.

4. Sharing Information as Legally Required or Permitted
We may share any nonpublic personal information of yours in response to a lawful request issued by a court, government agency, or regulatory authority.

5. Accuracy of Personal Information
We will exercise reasonable procedures in order to assure the accuracy of our records and your personal information. Inaccurate information, when brought to our attention, is corrected as promptly as possible. If you have any questions regarding the accuracy of your personal information, please contact us. We will investigate and update our records as needed. In particular, please make sure that you inform us of your email address changes so that we may communicate with you.

6. Protection of Personal Information
Protecting your privacy is an ongoing process. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those associates who need to know that information to conduct WCA business. We will continue to review the measures we take to safeguard your personal information. These reviews may result in new measures to protect member records, as we make changes to our information security practices and other internal control systems to take advantage of technology. If any of these measures require action from you, we will inform you and let you decide what action to take.

7. Privacy Related Complaints
If you believe that Warhorse Challenge Association has not complied with this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information, you may write the Warhorse Challenge Association at 340 West Sunset Way, #A-204, Issaquah, Washington 98027. Please describe in your letter in as much detail as possible the ways you believe that the policy has not been complied with. We will investigate each issue promptly.

8. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of mail or an electronic notification service. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
